The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (M) PS Case No. 732 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 448, 427, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and started vandalism with an intention to kill him. There is no specific allegation against any of the accused persons.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the

No.59460 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioners, namely, Mantu Kumar alias Mantu Paswan, Sonu Paswan and Situ Paswan be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) PS Case No. 732 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
