2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan (T) P.S. Case No. 287 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 308 (4), 308(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66, 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant received whatsApp call from the Mobile No. 9005945009 on his mobile by which there was demand of Rs. 25 lacs as ransom.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The alleged mobile phone is not in the name of petitioner. During course of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51280 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 investigation, mobile no. 9005945009 has been found in the name of another accused person. Except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents, out of which one belongs to the Excise Act. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan (T) P. S. Case No. 287 of 2025.
