The petitioner has preferred this application for

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1238 of 2021(3) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 directing the respondent nos. 1 to 5 to provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner and his family members, for directing the respondent nos. 6 to 12 to maintain status quo and not to make ingress in respect of the land in question till final disposal of Title Suit of 17 of 2019.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3.

Bereft of any unnecessary details, it may be stated here that it is an admitted position that with respect to the land in question which is a subject matter of the instant application, a title suit as also a proceeding under section 144 Cr.P.C are going on in the learned Court below.

In the opinion of this Court, this application is misconceived.

The application is dismissed.
