In this case, the petitioners are making prayer for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties on account of part compliance of the judgment and order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.78 of 2017(3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 02.05.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5795 of 2013. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order of this Court has been complied in its true letter and spirit, which has vehemently been opposed by learned counsel for the petitioners and submitted that though they have granted the benefit of post but not granted monetary benefits. This aspect cannot be looked into in the present contempt proceeding. If the petitioners are really aggrieved, they may pursue the legal remedy as available under the law. Accordingly, this contempt petitioner is disposed of.
