The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case no. 54/2020 (arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case no. 358 of 2020) registered under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act and section 20(B)(ii) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
As per allegation in the FIR, it is stated that on secret information having been received a raid was conducted and various articles/goods were recovered from the possession of the petitioner with respect to the manufacture of gutkha.

No.10026 of 2021(3) dt.23-07-2021 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no concern with the allegedly recovered articles. He is in custody since 1.7.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Investigation in the case has concluded.
The application for bail is opposed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner being in custody for more than one year, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case no. 54/2020 (arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case no. 358 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
