This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Complaint Case No.62 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is that they have tortured the complainant for demand of dowry.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 62 of 2022.
