The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/324/323/307/379/427/ 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

This application has been heard out of turn because the petitioner is to appear in competitive examination shortly. The allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application of these petitioners is allowed.

III, Arwal, in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
