JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 19.06.2016 in a case registered under Sections 304B, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage of deceased had taken place in the year 2012 and according to prosecution case itself, she died in the year 2016. Therefore, the aforesaid fact goes to show that deceased spent her married life at her matrimonial home for near about four years. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased committed suicide as she was under depression due to her complexion. It is

No.47200 of 2016 (3) dt.09-12-2016 2/2 further submitted that moreover, mother in law of the deceased has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and so far as petitioner is concerned, the investigation against him has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016.
