The petitioner seeks bail in Sahpur P.S. Case No. 44/16 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the brother-in-law and cousin Bhaisur of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but could not point any specific overt act against the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there

Case No. 44/16.
