The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Prayer is on the ground that brother of the deceased is informant of the case who has not supported the prosecution allegation during trial nor during investigation. Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50875 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.258 of 2018/551 of 2018, arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No.223 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
