Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to abuse the informant with bad intention and pulled her saree and threatened to kill her entire family.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed the offence as alleged by the informant. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both are the agnates

He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only due to enmity and personal grudge. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para '3' of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 361 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
