Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B), 22, 23 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 250 grams of Ganja was, allegedly, recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari/Successor Court in connection with
