JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Opposite party No.8 is personally present in Court along with his supplementary show cause, in which it is stated that the interest for the period from April, 2011 to March, 2012 has been calculated and an authority for Rs.12,068/- has been issued and thereafter the said amount has been deposited in the account of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the aforesaid position stating that the order under contempt has been complied with.
In view of the fact that the contempt has been purged by opposite party No.8, the proceedings of contempt are dropped. The personal appearance of opposite party No.8 is dispensed with. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
