Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of commission of theft of a motorcycle. The motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Md. Jahangir on the confession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is accused in three referred cases, however, in all cases only on the basis of confession of co-accused, the petitioner has been remanded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54513 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/successor Court in connection with Araria Police Station Case No. 658 of 2016.
