The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that while he was at his shop, he received a call and the caller informed him that his father has been shot by three unknown motorcycle borne criminals, accordingly the informant reached the hospital where he saw his father dead.

No.62459 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was against unknown and after investigation the informant of the case became an accused. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation it has come that the present informant was having relationship with various women which was being objected by the deceased on account of which the present occurrence took place in a well hatched conspiracy made by the informant. Learned counsel submits that name of this petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Dhanraj and later petitioner also confessed his crime.
It is further submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he was driver of the deceased and thus had passed information to the accused with regard to his whereabouts. Learned counsel submits that it was the son of the deceased who planned and got his father killed and the petitioner who was his tractor driver earlier, came to be implicated. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant of the case himself became an accused, let the petitioner above named be

Case No. 110 of 2021.
