This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Giriyak P.S. Case No.195 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with iron rod.

The petitioner himself an injured. He is in custody since 27.04.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
