The petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 131/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.09.2015 with a direction that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. Petitioner is in jail since 29.06.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about one year and six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
