2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant on her eye and other parts of the body by means of lathi. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55655 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S.
