2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation before the Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12473 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 Bihar University Service Commission for considering her case to post her in Lalit Narayan Mithila University in place of B.N.Mandal University.

3. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

4. The Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission is directed to consider the application of the petitioner expeditiously so that the academic environment be not disturbed and the students should not suffer in any manner. The petitioner is also required to join the place of her posting within the stipulated period so allotted or modified place of posting by the Bihar State University Service Commission forthwith.
