The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioners in regular Government service. The petitioners were removed from service on 13.03.2001 and the petitioners filed this petition after fourteen years of their termination.
On similar facts this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2516 of 2014, vide order, dated 27.06.2014, dismissed the writ petition of Narendra Kumar and others.
Considering the facts, aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) SA/- U √
