JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Arer P.S. Case No. 131 of 2000, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2021. He has been apprehended on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused during the process of investigation, leading to recovery of a motorcycle from the petitioner's house. Considering, however, the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2021, this application is allowed. It has been noticed that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. In such circumstance, it is observed that if the petitioner is found
