====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 This is an application for cancellation of bail granted by this Court to opposite party no. 2 to 4 in connection with Kudhani (O.P.) Turki P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019.

Cancellation of bail has been sought for on the ground that after being allowed privilege of bail, the accused persons are threatening the informant and have committed offence against the informant.

Petitioner may raise the aforesaid grievance before the court below who shall conduct inquiry and if the court below would be satisfied regarding misuse of privilege of bail, it may pass appropriate order according to law.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
