This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barhara P.S. Case No.278 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Four criminals looted the mobiles phones from the persons who were travelling in a pick-up van. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come. 4.

The petitioner is accused in four more criminal cases. He is in custody since 22.05.2023. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
