Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non consideration of his case for grant of promotion notwithstanding the fact juniors to the petitioner have been benefit of graduate trained scale (Grade-IV) with effect from 28.6.2012.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.15927 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion in the graduate trained scale and further promotion as Headmaster, if any person junior to the petitioner has been granted promotion in the graduate trained scale with effect from 28.6.2012.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order with all consequential benefits.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
