2. The petitioner has put to challenge selection of respondent No.6 for grant of P.D.S. dealership under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (for short 'the Control Order, 2016') for Gram Panchayat, Pewandi in the District of Rohtas.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate/statutory authority under the Control Order, 2016. If any such representation is filed within four weeks from today before the appropriate authority, the said authority shall consider the same and decide it in accordance with law.
