ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2017 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 328,304 (B),34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the trial is under progress, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, dismissed.
