A drunkard, who was indulged in obscene activity, was apprehended and on query, disclosed his identity as that of petitioner, who is under custody since 13.05.2016. As per Para-3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Jitendra Soren is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P. S. Case no.132 of 2016.
