JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for payment of certain outstanding professional fees of the deceased husband of the petitioner for the period starting from July, 2005 to March, 2007.

A bare perusal of the counter affidavit would show that after filing of the present writ petition, some of the outstanding professional fees of the deceased husband of the petitioner has been paid, however it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that some outstanding professional fees is still remaining to be paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14587 of 2017(7) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for BIADA fairly submits that BIADA would interact with the wife of the deceased advocate and make endeavours to clear the balance amount of outstanding professional fees of the deceased husband of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, especially considering the fact that the concerned Advocate is no longer alive.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off by taking note of the assurance given by the learned counsel for BIADA.
