Petitioner is accused in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 registered under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent. On the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in this case without any cogent materials. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the informant and her victim daughter have jointly filed a petition in the Court below stating therein that her daughter was not enticed away by the petitioner nor forced to sit in the alleged vehicle. Earlier, she gave her statement due to fear and pressure of the Police. She has shown her age about 19 years old on the

Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2018 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018.
