It is reported that the order dated 18.12.2017 has not been complied as no requisites have been furnished for issuance of notice on respondent nos. 2 and 8, leading to the dismissal of the writ petition as against the concerned respondents. Prayer is made for filing of restoration application. As prayed by Mr. Brij Bihari Tiwary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, four weeks' time is granted for the purpose, failing which the writ petition shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
