Petitioners seek bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 368 of 2018 (Special Case No. 6539 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on suspicion, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no concern with liquor in question. They have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 18.07.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56252 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 368 of 2018 (Special Case No. 6539 of 2018).
