The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. was registered against four unknown persons with allegation of committing dacoity. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that no looted article has been recovered from the possession of this
