2. The present application has been filed for a direction to the respondents authorities to provide security guard to the petitioner and his family members.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that his brother as well as his security guard were killed by criminals. Thereafter, he was provided security which has now been withdrawn by the Government.

4. The petitioner has represented to the District Magistrate, Nalanda for providing security guard.

5. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the allotment of security guard can be done only on the recommendation of the ADG Security and the petitioner may approach him for allotment of security guard.

6. In these circumstances, considering the submission of the State, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the ADG Security for redressal of his grievances and if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the ADG Security within two months of its filing and an appropriate order be passed on the application of the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
