2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Akhodhigola P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession a stolen motorcycle has been recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. On the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akhodhigola P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.

7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent(s) of the petitioner shall be verified and if it is found that he is involved in any other case, except which has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of this petition, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
