JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 28.09.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupespur P. S. case no. 237/2018 registered under sections 323, 325, 498A and 306/34 of the IPC. The petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased. The written report of informant reflects that entire allegation of torturing centers around against the husband of the deceased. The photo-state copy of suicide note of the deceased has been brought on record and the aforesaid suicide note, too, supports the averments made in written report of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59237 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Rupespur P. S. case no. 237/2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
