The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 324, 447, 354, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant and when the informant tried to rescue the petitioner and co-accused Mahfooz inflicted knife blow on the neck of the informant causing injury on her cheek. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the alleged occurrence of 01.05.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 03.05.2020. The injury report

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
