JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report (for short "the FIR") of Agiaon Bazar P. S. Case No. 33 of 2015 dated 09.04.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 409 of the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.514 of 2015 (3) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 India Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
After some arguments, Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application in order to file an appropriate application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before this Court in case an adverse police report is submitted against the petitioner on completion of investigation. Leave is granted.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order dated 04.06.2015 passed by this Court stands vacated.
