2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 assaulted husband of the informant, petitioner no. 2 assaulted Devar (brother-in-law) of the informant and petitioner no. 3 assaulted son of the informant. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
