2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant have jointly submitted that parties have got married and now the dispute between them has been settled.

4. In view of the settlement between the parties, this application is allowed.
