2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs directing the respondents for not interference in the petitioner's land appertaining to Khata No.1128 Khesra No. 4101 measuring 7 Katha 5 Dhurs, which is recorded in the name of Baldeo Singh in Khatiyan, which the petitioner has inherited being a legal heirs of Baldeo Singh upon which the respondents are adamant to construct a concrete road on the instigation of some villagers who have encroached the public road situated in Plot No.4102 appertaining to Khata No. 1557.

3. There is a petition as also the comprehensive counteraffidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 5 detailing out the facts of the case.

4. At this outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be filing a proper representation with supporting document to press his claim.

5. The State has no objection to it.

6. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
