2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a statutory

3. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under Section 45AA of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation before the appropriate forum.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
