The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that petitioner has taken away the victim who had happened to be his wife for visiting Cinema and later in the evening the informant made contact with petitioner on mobile he heard sound of his daughter to save her whereupon he along with villagers moved towards Baunsi. The petitioner met with them who disclosed that some miscreants were assaulting his wife but later he confessed that he along with the help of his friend has killed his wife and her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43345 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 dead body was lying there.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
