The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No.41 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and the informant are full brothers and the allegation levelled against the petitioner is mala fide, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
