JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks correction of the address having been furnished relating to the petitioner as well as at the prayer portion of the petition, permitted. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It has been alleged by the prosecution that in Train No.05010 DN, petitioner, who happens to be an old lady had kept wine inside a bag whereupon, was searched and further, 16 bottles of Royal Stag Whisky containing 750 ml was found. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.08.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Kanti Devi @ Devaki Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43806 of 2016 (02) dt.06-10-2016 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Hajipur in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P. S. Case no.63 of 2016.
