2. The present application has been filed for quashing the judgment dated 18.08.2021 passed by learned Additional Judge- 7th Vaishali at Hajipur in Cr. Revision No. 07 of 2021 by which order dated 23.09.2020 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in Case No. 674 of 2020 has been set aside.

3. For the dispute between the parties, Title Suit No. 217 of 2019 is pending in the court of Sub Judge, Hajipur. Once the title suit is pending, no proceeding under section 144, 145 will be initiated against either of the parties, this application is dismissed.
