The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharahi O.P.) P.S. Case No.880 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3, namely, Bahadur Ram and Raj Kumar Ram.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62490 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner nos.1 and 3, namely, Bahadur Ram and Raj Kumar Ram are concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.2, 4 and 5, namely, Mithlesh Ram @ Ravi Ram, Anil Ram @ Anil Kumar Ram and Banti Ram @ Banti Kumar Ram are concerned, considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.2, 4 and 5, namely, Mithlesh Ram @ Ravi Ram, Anil Ram @ Anil Kumar Ram and Banti Ram @ Banti Kumar Ram, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharahi O.P.) P.S. Case No.880 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
