Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything appears to have been recovered from his conscious possession. However, in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner near the railway station and after that the petitioner is said to have boarded in the train in which the present occurrence took place.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in G.R.P.
