In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.164 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 47A, 50 and 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Allegation has been made that from the possession of the petitioner english liquor has been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitionerRaushan Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
