Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegations are against other co-accused persons. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60881 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Electricity Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. CaseNo. 135 of 2018.
