The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 74 of 2021 arising out of P.R. No. 95 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the soil near the door of shop of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise Case No. 74 of 2021 arising out of P.R.
